Registration
Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference.
To register, you first need to create a user account. If you already have a user account (e.g. because you have submitted an abstract), you can log in to Converia with your login and password and register. Please note that registration is not considered complete until the conference fees have been received on the conference account.

Deadline for early bird registration: July 10, 2023.
The registration fees cover the icebreaker on Monday evening, September 4, meals during the conference, and public transportation during the conference. We will also publish a list of hotels with special offers.
Special offer for PhD and master students
If you agree to help the presenters in three sessions of 5 presentations each, with all technical aspects, your registration fee will be reduced to 50 Euros, which includes the conference dinner. The condition is that you will be present at the UFZ on Monday, September 4, 2023, 13:00, to receive all necessary technical instructions. If you are interested in this option, please do not register through this website, but contact us directly, via email: ecem2023@fu-confirm.de , but please wait until you know if your contribution has been accepted. This special registration option will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, we need about 20 student helpers.
Helpers
If you have registered as a helper at the conference, select STUDENT in the participant group and enter your voucher. Your registration fee will be reduced to 50 Euros.
Keynotes
If you are a keynote speaker, select REGULAR in the participant group and enter your voucher.
CANCELLATION
For cancellations of the conference participation received until 31 Aug 2023, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of € 25.
We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 Aug 2023.
