General Information

In order to register or to submit an abstract for the conference, you have to open an account at Converia online system. If this is your first time on this website, you will be asked to create a new account. Should you have forgotten your password, please retrieve a new one (see the menu on the right).

Registration and abstract submission are two different procedures. To have submitted an abstract does not mean to be registered.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts to be:

• lecture or poster presentations
• copied or written in a form field
• 3,200 characters including blanks; not including title of abstract name(s) of author(s) and contact details

Registration

• € 290 early bird registration (until 28th April 2020) / € 200 for students
• € 340 from 29th April 2020 / € 250 for students
• € 390 on site / € 300 for students

During registration procedure, several payment modes are offered. If you select "credit card" as payment method, you have to enter your card data immediately. Later payment by credit card is not possible and the registration process cannot be finalized without giving the credit card data. If you select "bank transfer" as payment method, you can pay now or later.
