Welcome to the 13th International Symposium on Anaerobic Microbiology (ISAM 2025)
Abstract submission
We warmly invite your active participation by submitting scientific contributions as either an oral presentation or a poster. Each author is allowed to submit 2 abstracts. The official language of the conference is English.
The submission deadline will be extended to April 30, 2025.
Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference.
- To submit an abstract, you must first create a user account.
- Please indicate all co-authors completely and with the respective institution, otherwise they will not appear in the conference proceedings.
- Please use the template provided for the abstract. Please note that the abstract must not be longer than one A-4 page and max. of 400 words. Otherwise we will not be able to take it into consideration for the evaluation.
- After successful submission you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, you have either not completed the submission or have not entered your e-mail address correctly. In such cases, please contact the conference secretariat (isam2025(at)fu-confirm.de).
Terms and conditions for the publication
With uploading your abstract you agree to its online publication on the conference website, on the website of the ISAM 2025 and in the book of abstracts and other publicly available websites/libraries. You warrant to be entitled to use and publish the submitted *information (e.g., data, calculations, etc). Furthermore you indemnify the organizers of ISAM 2025 against third party compensation claims based on the publication of your abstract.
Data protection
Your data will be collected and stored solely to organise the event mentioned above. By registering, you agree that your name and any voluntary information about your activities may be published in the list of participants and that we may notify you by e-mail about the next event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
