We are looking forward to receiving your abstract and to possibly meet you as a participant to the 2023 annual meeting of the EELF. Please submit your abstract in accordance with the call for abstracts as published on the conference website ( and the EELF website ( for presentations and follow the instructions below.

To submit an abstract, you must first create a user account. If you already have a user account, you can log in into CONVERIA at any time with your login and password and, for example, submit another abstract, upload an update of the abstract or register.

Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference. Registration will be available on the conference website in due course.

Submission of an abstract

The text cannot contain figures and tables and must not be longer than 500 words. After successful submission you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, you have either not completed the submission or have not entered your e-mail address correctly. In such cases, please contact the conference secretariat (eelf2023(at)

You will also be asked to write a short biography of no more than 150 words in the appropriate field.

Abstracts shall be written in English, not exceed 500 words. During your abstract submission, you will be asked to state the precise topic of the proposed paper and to provide a short description of the content of the contribution and its relation to the topic and themes of the conference.

Data protection

Your data will be collected and stored solely to organise the event mentioned above. By registering, you agree that your name and any voluntary information about your activities may be published in the list of participants and that we may notify you by e-mail about the next event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
