Welcome to the online-registration for the

DBG Annual Conference 2023 in Halle

To register, you must first create a user account. If you already have a user account (e.g. because you have submitted an abstract), you can log in to Converia with your login and password and register. Please note that registration is only considered complete once the conference fees have been paid.

Lunch

You have 3 options:

1. You can book lunch at the Weinbergmensa (approx. 1 km walking distance) at a price of EUR 38 when registering for the conference, but only for all 4 days of the conference (Mon-Thu). You will get a daily lunch of your choice and a non-alcoholical drink (0,5 l). Lunch in the Mensa cannot be booked on site.

3. Two food trucks will be located directly in front of the lecture hall building on the Heidecampus where you can buy something.
4. There will be a list of bistros, snack bars, shops in the vicinity of the Heidecampus where you can go for lunch or self-cater. However, the choice and space are rather limited.

Data protection

Your data will be collected and stored solely to organise the event mentioned above. By registering, you agree that your name and any voluntary information about your activities may be published in the list of participants and that we may notify you by e-mail about the next event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
