General Information

In order to register for the conference or to submit an abstract you will need an account at the Converia online system. If this is your first time on this website, please create a new account (click "Register now" on the left side). Otherwise please login to your existing account from the last conference or workshop.

During registration procedure, several payment modes are offered. If you select "credit card" as payment method, you have to enter your card data immediately. Later payment by credit card is not possible and the registration process cannot be finalized without giving the credit card data. If you select "bank transfer" as payment method, you can pay now or later.

Registration fee

Registraion is open until 31st of July!

• € 80 for participants
• € 50 for PhD students & UFZ internals
• € 100 Registration on site

Cancellation fee

• Till 31st July 2017 we will charge an administration fee of € 25 for cancellation.
• From 1st August  2017 there will be no refund.

 Submission

The dead-line for abstract submission is 31st July 2017.

• Please write your abstract in English, max. 250 words
• Please submit your abstract (click on "Submit contribution" in the left box)
