Please note that the invoice is only provided electronically via a link. If you open the link, you can print out the invoice yourself.
Registration is only completed when the conference fees have been credited to the conference account. Any transfer fees will be charged to the participant.

Early Bird Discount
The reduced conference fee is valid for registration and payment before 15 September 2021. For registration and payment of conference fees after 15 September 2021, the increased fee will apply.
Cancellations
For cancellations before 15 September 2021, the conference fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of € 25. A later cancellation is excluded. However, you are free to nominate a substitute.
If the participant cancels the credit card payment (chargeback), a fee of 50 € will be charged.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail to: F&U confirm, Permoserstr. 15, 04318 Leipzig, or mgs2021(at)fu-confirm.de.

Terms & conditions for publication
By uploading your abstract you agree that the abstract will be printed in the abstract volume and/or published on the conference homepage.
You guarantee that you are entitled to publish the data and material (e.g. images, graphics, tables). Furthermore, you are obliged to assume any related claims for damages from third parties that may be asserted against the organiser.
