Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference.
To submit an abstract, you must first create a user account. The submission deadline is March 31st, 2025.
Please indicate all co-authors completely and with the respective institution, otherwise they will not appear in the conference proceedings.
After successful submission you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, you have either not completed the submission or have not entered your e-mail address correctly. In such cases, please contact the conference secretariat (anna.gorski(at)ufz.de).
Terms and conditions for the publication
With uploading your abstract you agree to its online publication on the conference website, on the website of the ISMET9 and in the book of abstracts and other publicly available websites/libraries. You warrant to be entitled to use and publish the submitted material (e.g. pictures, graphics, etc). Furthermore you indemnify the organizers of ISMET9 against third party compensation claims based on the publication of your paper or presentation.
Data protection
Your data will be collected and stored solely to organise the event mentioned above. By registering, you agree that your name and any voluntary information about your activities may be published in the list of participants and that we may notify you by e-mail about the next event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

If you already have a user account (e.g. because you have submitted an abstract), you can log in to Converia with your login and password and register. Please note that registration is not considered complete until the conference fees have been received on the conference account.
Early registration opens May 1st 2025
CANCELLATION
For cancellations of the conference participation received until 15 August 2025, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of € 25.
We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15 August 2025.
