Welcome to the 26th Kalorimetrietage (Calorimetry Days) 2025!
Abstract submission
We warmly invite your active participation by submitting scientific contributions as either an oral presentation or a poster. The official language of the conference is English; however, contributions in German are also welcome. The language of your title and abstract will indicate the language of your presentation.
To submit your abstract, registration is required. The submission deadline is April 11, 2025. All accepted abstracts are planned to be compiled into electronic conference proceedings, and we intend to apply for an ISBN to enhance their accessibility and recognition.
Terms and conditions for the publication
With uploading your abstract you agree to its online publication on the conference website, on the website of the 26th Kalorimetrietage and in the book of abstracts and other publicly available websites/libraries. You warrant to be entitled to use and publish the submitted material (e.g. pictures, graphics, etc). Furthermore you indemnify the organizers of 26th Kalorimetrietage against third party compensation claims based on the publication of your paper or presentation.
Data protection
Your data will be collected and stored solely to organise the event mentioned above. By registering, you agree that your name and any voluntary information about your activities may be published in the list of participants and that we may notify you by e-mail about the next event. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Your student status is pending approval. Please submit a letter from your university or your Principal Investigator to verify your enrollment
Accomodation
All hotels must pay an accommodation tax of 5% per person per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and is paid directly to the city by the hotels.
The following hotel is recommendations only. The Accommodation is not included in the conference fees.
