The deadline for registration is the 31th January 2015. In order to register for the conference or to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation you will need an account at the Converia online system. If this is your first time on this website, please create a new account. Otherwise please login to your existing account from the last conference or workshop.
During registration procedure, several payment modes are offered. If you select "bank transfer" as payment method, you can pay now or later. If you select "credit card" as payment method, you have to enter your card data immediately. Later payment by credit card is not possible and the registration process cannot be finalized without giving the credit card data.
Students need to send a copy of their students’ ID to the contact person.
Confirmed registrants may cancel free of charge until 2nd February 2015. For a cancellation from 3rd February we will charge an administration fee of € 50.
Cancellations received after 17th February 2015 are non-refundable.
Submit an abstract electronically is part of the registration process (follow the tab "Paper Submission" on the left side). If you have submitted an abstract, please note that you are not automatically registered. Please REGISTER SEPARATLY with you existing username and password.
